Frozen pricing
Simple, per-seat, and it gets cheaper as you grow
Seat one covers account-level setup — your phone line, onboarding, full admin access. Every seat after that is mostly a field tech using a narrower slice of the product, so it costs less: about 20% off every teammate after the first.

Ties or beats the category
18 of 22 modules covered — at 1/6th to 1/12th the price
Rated against the same 22-module rubric used across the field service category. SupplyAxis ties Housecall Pro's module count and beats Jobber, Workiz, Kickserv, and QuoteIQ outright — all at a fraction of what they charge. Only ServiceTitan, an enterprise product custom-quoted in the hundreds of dollars per tech per month, covers more ground.

Beyond the base plan
No “Pro” tier. Two optional add-ons, everything else included.
Every plan — Founding or standard — gets the same product: quoting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, online card payments through your own connected Stripe account, the client hub, the procurement marketplace, and AI takeoff & estimating with a generous 100-credit monthly allowance per seat. The business phone line is the only opt-in add-on that bills separately — estimate your exact cost above.
$14.99/mo
Business phone line
Your own dedicated number, forwarded to your cell — calls auto-match to the right client and log straight to their timeline, and a missed call texts them back automatically. 500 minutes included every month.
Then $0.03/min, metered automatically. Call recording is optional, +$2.99/mo.
100 photo estimates/seat/mo included
AI estimating & takeoff
Photo-to-estimate, full material takeoffs, drawing-to-BOM extraction — built into every seat. A full multi-page takeoff counts as 10 photo estimates, since it's more work — generous enough that the large majority of accounts never come close.
Then $0.05 per extra photo estimate — billed automatically, never blocks an estimate.

Pricing questions
Why per seat instead of a flat price?
Because team size is what actually drives value and cost here — more jobs, more dispatch, more support load. Every serious competitor in the category (Tradify, RazorSync, FieldPulse, Synchroteam) prices the same way. The upside for you: the first seat carries the account-level cost (setup, your phone line, full-surface access), and every seat after that is $11.99 — about 20% cheaper than the first — so your cost per tech drops as your crew grows instead of climbing.
Is the trial really free, or do you need my card?
No card at signup — the 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up, full product, nothing to enter. A Founding 200 spot is reserved the moment you choose to lock in the $4.99 rate (from Settings, any time during or after the trial), which is also the only moment a card becomes necessary — never before.
What happens if I don't pay, or my card fails?
Nothing you've already built disappears. If a payment lapses, you keep full read access to every client, job, quote, and invoice already in the system — only creating new jobs, quotes, or invoices, and inviting new teammates, pauses until billing is sorted out. A lapsed account never looks like your data got deleted.
Is the $4.99 Founding rate permanent?
Yes — for the first 200 accounts that convert to paid, $4.99/mo for your first seat is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed without a lapse. It's the same product as every other plan, not a stripped-down tier; additional seats on a Founding account still bill at the standard $11.99 each.
Is there a limit on how many AI estimates I can run?
Each seat gets 100 photo estimates a month, included — a full multi-page takeoff counts as 10 of them since it's more work, so you can spend the allowance on either, in any mix. That's generous enough that the large majority of accounts never come close to it. If you're a genuine high-volume outlier — think dozens of full takeoffs a week — usage beyond your allowance bills automatically at $0.05 per extra photo estimate (about $0.50 per extra takeoff). It never blocks an estimate mid-task, and you'll only ever see this if you're actually running a high enough volume to hit it.
What happens if my business phone line goes over 500 minutes?
Nothing breaks and no call gets refused — minutes past the included 500 just bill at $0.03/min automatically, same as your base $14.99/mo. There's no plan to upgrade into and no call quality change; it's metered the same way electricity is. Call recording is a separate, optional $2.99/mo — off by default, on only if you turn it on.
Is texting included, and is there a limit?
Yes — appointment reminders, "on my way" alerts, review requests and two-way replies are included on every plan. Each seat comes with a monthly texting allowance (around 250 messages), and "on my way" and crew-assignment texts don't count against it at all. That covers normal use with room to spare. If you run an unusually heavy month — big marketing blasts on top of a lot of day-to-day texting — messages past the allowance bill at $0.02 each, and a text never gets held back because of the limit. (US and Canadian carriers also charge a small registration fee to send business texts; where it applies we pass it through and show it as its own line.)
Why isn't the business phone line unlimited, like OpenPhone or Grasshopper?
Because we'd rather price it honestly than promise something we can't back. Those are dedicated VoIP companies on wholesale carrier rates we don't have access to at our scale — matching "unlimited" at our price would mean selling it below what it actually costs us. What you get instead is the same number, forwarded to your cell, but tied into the rest of your account: calls auto-match to the right client and log straight to their timeline, and a missed call texts them back automatically — the actual reason to use a business line through your CRM instead of a separate phone app.
Can my clients pay invoices online?
Yes, standard on every account — connect your own Stripe account from Settings once you're signed in, and a client can pay any invoice by card right from the client hub. SupplyAxis takes a small fee on top of your card processor's own, capped so it's never a surprise; the exact numbers are in Settings and on your account's own fees page once you're connected, not a figure we estimate here.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes, any time — invite or remove teammates from your account and your subscription's seat count updates automatically. You're only ever billed for active logins, not empty seats.
