Why we started
The story we kept hearing
Talk to enough HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and landscapers running their own crews, and the same story comes back: a quote scribbled on the back of an invoice. A price that turned out wrong once the materials came in. A crew that showed up to the wrong address because the schedule lived in someone's head.
That's not a training problem. It's a tools problem.
The software built for running a service business either assumed you had an office full of admins, or it locked the features that actually matter — real scheduling, real invoicing, a price book you could trust — behind a plan built for a bigger company than yours.
So we built SupplyAxis around one job: get a bid in front of a client that's accurate the first time, then carry that same job — line items, price, client details — all the way through scheduling, the field, and getting paid, without anyone re-typing it into a second system. Every module ships to every seat. There is no core tier and an advanced tier that costs three times as much for the features you actually needed on day one.
Our vision is a trade business — one truck or fifty — that runs on one system from the first phone call to the final payment, priced accurately enough that nobody's margin depends on a guess.
